Rei do Pitaco receives the RA 1000 Seal for excellence in service

Rei do Pitaco, the leading daily fantasy game platform that has been growing exponentially in Brazil, has just received an important achievement. It was recognized by ‘ReclameAQUI’ with the RA1000 seal, created to highlight companies that have excellent service rates in the consumer protection entity.

‘ReclameAQUI’ has a team of content analysts that daily monitors the list of complaints on the platform of companies eligible to receive the seal. When no non-compliance is found, it receives the RA1000 seal.

To submit to the analysis of ReclameAQUI, Rei do Pitaco had to fulfill five criteria:

• Have a number of evaluations equal to or greater than 50
• Have a Response Index equal to or greater than 90%
• Have a Solution Index equal to or greater than 90%
• Have Average Ratings (given by the consumer) equal to or greater than 7
• Have a New Business Index (Would you do business again?) equal to or greater than 70%

To celebrate, Rei do Pitaco gathered his Customer Experience team to celebrate the brand and took the opportunity to publicize the achievement on its social networks.
