Combate à Fraude presented its technology to ensure gambler safety

Care for the gambler was the focus of one of the most important debates held during last week’s BIS - Brazilian iGaming Summit. Vinicius Tsuda, Account Manager of Combate à Fraude, participated in the panel “The importance of Responsible Gaming in the post-regulation period”, where he explained that when bookmakers invest to guarantee gambler's safety against fraud, they generate credibility for the brand and detailed the proposal of the company to comply with it efficiently.

Vinicius Tsuda, Account Manager at Combate à Fraude, said that operators are currently more concerned with transactions within platforms and that technology is a partnership for everyone's security.

“Combate à Fraude works with technology to predict infractions. We are a flexible brand and we have customers in different industries. Starting this year, we noticed a search by gaming companies to Combate à Fraude to take care of the payment and registration processes,” said the executive.

He also explained that when bookmakers invest in resources to guarantee the gambler's safety against fraud, they generate credibility for the brand, even among those who do not like to gamble and explained the company's proposal is to contribute to this efficiently.

“The betting industry is in an unregulated gray area with companies based outside the country continuing to work online. This scenario will undergo a complete change of direction. Thus, our onboard proposal is very simplified where the idea is to generate minimal friction, but a lot of safety and speed; knowing that this is a very competitive market,” revealed Tsuda.

The Combate à Fraude Account Manager added that the company can help with another concern that will be important in the post-regulated market, which is the protection of the vulnerable.

“In a post-regulation scenario, not only for betting, but also for state lotteries, an issue that we have been feeling a lot of interest from operators is the validation of minority. In other words, prevent any minor from having access to the bets. Which in a very simple way can also be done through our onboard,” he concluded.
