Sponsor of Copa América Femenina, Betsson creates “squad” of Brazilian influencers

After announcing its sponsorship of the Copa América Femenina in Colombia, bookmaker Betsson moved forward in depth with content and actions aimed at the Brazilian public. The brand created a team of influencers made up of Alline Calandrini (former player and current commentator), Giovanna Moura (journalist) and the ‘Dibradoras’ (the largest women's sports portal in the country). They will participate in lives on Instagram with analysis, probabilities and debates about the matches.

Betsson, one of the most important players in the sports betting area operating in Brazil, signed a sponsorship agreement for the Copa América Femenina 2022. The company promises to make a series of activations and took advantage of the moment to hire a “golden squad” with some of the main female football athletes in the country.

Betsson will have in its team Alline Calandrini, former athlete of the Brazilian National Team, Santos and Corinthians, and current football commentator; Giovanna Moura, from Pernambuco, TV Íbis presenter, specialist in women's football and full of humor; and the ‘Dibradoras’, who represent the strength of women in sport with the largest women's sports content portal in Brazil, with analysis, technical and informative content about games and lives, as well as match reviews and much more.

Lives on Instagram are planned, in which influencers will do pre-game analysis in an interactive way. Alline Calandrini, for example, will present the best moments of each round of the Copa América, in addition to analyzing the selections and probabilities of the competition.

With the sponsorship and activations, Betsson aims to “foster sportsmanship and encourage a healthy relationship between sports lovers.” The brand also aims to engage fans to increase support for women's football, making a positive impact on the entire game's ecosystem.

The Copa América Femenina 2022 starts today (Friday, 8), in Colombia. The final is scheduled for July 30th. Brazil is in Group B of the tournament, with Argentina, Uruguay, Venezuela and Peru.
