The President was proactive in the issues presented by Febralot, many of which are already being studied at the bank together with others. She requested immediate referral by advisor Waldir Marques, due to his knowledge of having come from the Ministry of Economy. She also added that she believes in participatory work and that in these early days at the Bank, she has sought to practice this form of administration and make executives from different areas work towards the same objective.

In this sense, Jodismar Amaro, President of Febralot, through a previously sent agenda, started to present the items with the support of the other Vice-Presidents of the entity.

At the meeting, the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Federation of Lottery Companies - Febralot were present together with the following executives: Caixa's President, Daniella Marques, Vice-Presidents Júlio Volpp da Rede and Edilson Carrogi de Loterias, in addition to the National Superintendents, João Neto da SURPA and Rodrigo Hori from SUALO, as well as the Special Advisor to the Presidency, Waldir Marques (ex-SECAP).

The following items were discussed in detail, noting that they were all sent as a matter of urgency at the request of the President, who encouraged these meetings and that they are frequent so that the evolution in the improvement of working conditions and income of Lotteries can be verified.

1) Seek a solution for the current lack of customer movement in Lottery shops

Increasing the PIX in the TFL, creating the PIX payment and recurring earnings in business products sold by Lotteries were some of the ideas well received by the President;

2) Create a permanent information campaign about the services offered by Lotteries;

A more specific advertising campaign was requested for the Lottery Network, which would publicize the portfolio of games, bank correspondence services and give more visibility to PIX in the TFL, a modality that is still little used in Lottery shops;

3) Equating the commissions paid by Caixa to Negocial (Febralot business area) according to the market remunerates correspondents from other financial institutions.

4) Reintroduce the Instant Lottery (Scratch Card) in the Lottery portfolio

A Presidential Decree is required to remove the LOTEX program from the National Privatization Plan so that CAIXA and the Lottery Network can resume operating it. The suggestion was well received by the President and if it is reincorporated into the Lottery portfolio, it should add more movement, revenue and new customers;

5) Review of commission paid for games, both in stores and on the internet to ensure competitiveness in this segment.

In this item, the President asked the VP of Lotteries to deepen studies to verify if there is room for the evolution of the commissions paid for the execution of the games and the participation in the online games;

6) Give more importance to the Lotteries sector within the bank, whether with human resources or Information Technology, so that the Lottery Network has more support to increase their sales.

Febralot asked the bank to give more sponsorship to the Lotteries area as the market is immense and is being occupied by illegal action in Caixa's area of operation and in those that will be regulated by the Gaming Regulatory Framework.

The urgent need to create an on-line Lottery was also discussed for the commercialization of Bolões by the Lottery Network on the Web by entrepreneurs who wish to do so.

At the end of the meeting, President Daniella noted the importance of the Lottery Network for Caixa, in which President Jodismar added “for Brazil” and reaffirmed that he intends to make this meeting a recurring one to expedite these and other improvements.

In the opinion of both Febralot and Caixa Executives, the meeting was very productive with the expectation that it will bring great advances to the Lottery Network this year. mo MBWay on unregulated platforms.

It is important to highlight that this work only has results because Febralot, through the collection destined by the state unions, manages to keep professionals and expenses up to date so that the whole process works.

“This is a job for everyone and that's where the importance of each lottery entrepreneur from north to south of the country being associated and contributing to their state union. Without this transfer, nothing is achieved and the entire Category is harmed,” declared Febralot when inviting everyone to join the entity.
