This Monday (12), Los Grandes, the second largest eSports organization in terms of number of fans in Latin America, announced EstrelaBet, one of the main sports betting platforms in Brazil, as its new sponsor.
The bookmaker joins with ‘Onda Laranja’ to support and nurture the organization's CS:GO line-ups (Academy and Professional). With the partnership, CS:GO teams will stamp the betting platform's brand on their uniforms, while content creators will feature the company's logo on their streams.
For Rodrigo El Gato, the new partnership will bring even more fruit to both parties, which will continue to grow in their respective markets: “EstrelaBet and Los Grandes have similar characteristics, and this was essential for us to complete the negotiation. EstrelaBet already presents several successful cases within the traditional national sport, sponsoring great Brazilian football teams, such as Internacional, a team that competes in the Brazilian Championship Series A; Magnus Futsal, a multi-champion team in indoor football; in addition to Villa Nova, Resende , Remo, CRB and a few others. Within eSports, Los Grandes will be only the second organization to be sponsored by the company.
According to Rafael Zanette, head of sponsorship at EstrelaBet, the company has always sought to get closer and closer to the gaming and eSports scene: “The universe of electronic sports and competitions are magnificent. Los Grandes has been seeking to adopt, more and more, a work and management style like that of a startup, closing important partnerships expanding its performance fronts in the eSports market. In addition to EstrelaBet, the organization has other important sponsors, such as Americanas, Bitso and Gemu.
