Coates, one of the highest paid managers in the world, received 213 million pounds (240 million euros) in salary and an additional 50 million in dividends, according to the accounts published by the British company last Friday (6).
Coates' salary has been reduced by 15% compared to the previous year due to "investments in expanding the company."
In total, in the last three fiscal years, Coates has accumulated more than £ 1,000 million (1,400 million euros) coming from Bet365.
Bet365, in addition to being one of the most important gaming companies in the world, is a sponsor of Stoke City, a team in the Championship (English Second Division).
