GMB What are the innovations you are presenting at the Las Vegas trade show?
Eduardo Alvarez: This is the year when we are presenting the largest number of products. We have the Spectra 49, which is our first curved cabinet in the Spectra family. But most importantly is the content we have in our booth. It is the most solid and extensive in our history.
We are reaching practically all levels of gaming segments that we can find. It's also important to highlight that the products you can see here will be available for all the markets we are entering.
What are the main markets in Latin America for you?
Definitely, Mexico is our number one market. We have been building our brand there for many years, and we have great experience. We are also growing in Argentina and entering Uruguay, Peru, and Chile, which are phenomenal markets.
We have had a good reception in the Caribbean, which is a very important market for us. Unfortunately, Brazil is out of our hands at the moment, but we are ready to enter as soon as we get the green light.
How was the reaction of your customers when seeing the new products?
The reaction of our customers has been very positive. We have had meetings with operators at all levels and from all countries. They have recognized the importance and solidity of our content and product, and have expressed their satisfaction with our professionalism. That means we are doing a good job. We have a great team working diligently and professionally behind the scenes.
In addition to the machines, do you have innovations in accessories and tables?
Yes, we are expanding our table game market every year. We are also entering important foreign markets outside of the United States and Mexico, which allows us to compete with other brands that have a broader portfolio.
Furthermore, we are strengthening our presence in the online market, which is becoming a significant platform for other providers and brands in Latin America.
Are you already in the online market?
We have a presence in the United States and Mexico, and we are about to enter other Latin American markets. People perceive it as a solid and desirable product.
Can you enter Brazil through the online market?
Absolutely, without a doubt. We are fine-tuning some specific details, but as soon as we get the green light, we will enter with full force.
