The PoC aims to test the technical feasibility of the developed system and compliance with all requirements for the operation license.
With a strong following from the North and Northeast regions of the country, MarjoSports takes another important step to expand its audience in other regions of Brazil through the Loterj Accreditation Notice.
MarjoSports was founded with the goal of providing a high-performance digital service in the international betting landscape, working on the development of a dynamic platform with up-to-date content and betting options on major sports.
Representatives from JBD demonstrated the platform's functionalities to the members of the Commission, which included Nathália Barbosa, the Commission's president, Marcos Venício Soares Junior, Pedro Lélio, and Rogerio Pereira, who assessed and evaluated the platform.
Caio Casé, the company's marketing representative, spoke about the importance of regularizing the market for betting houses: "This is a moment we've been waiting for a long time: the possibility to enter the regular market. We made a good presentation of the platform, and the experience was the best possible. Loterj's Accreditation Notice was very good because it was a dream we had, and it's close to becoming a reality."
"We have always been focused on providing the best experience for our customers by staying informed about the discussions and actions regarding the regulation of sports betting in Brazil. We are committed to operating within the legal framework, ensuring our customers have the fun they deserve: with legal certainty, digitally, and without any headaches," added the executive.
Throughout its journey, MarjoSports has generated many opportunities and built a brand that is already well-established in Brazil, supporting sports and Brazilian talents. This is exemplified by successful partnerships with clubs like Corinthians, Coritiba, and Goiás, with the brand being present in the Brazilian Serie A and B Championships, as well as in the Spanish and Italian Championships. Additionally, MarjoSports has a presence on major digital platforms such as Globo.com.
The brand has also had a roster of celebrities who have contributed to the company's image, including TV host Ratinho, singer Wesley Safadão, former football player Ronaldinho Gaúcho, and singers Léo Santana, Gabriel Diniz, Xand Avião, influencer Carlinhos Maia, comedian Tirullipa, and others.
"All of us at MarjoSports are very happy with this important step in our journey. With accreditation from Loterj, we advance in what is a priority for the company: offering the best service to Marjo customers, continuously improving and modernizing our platform and our relationship with each one," added Caio Casé.
So far, out of the nine companies that presented themselves to operate in partnership with Loterj, four have undergone the Proof of Concept (PoC). In addition to JBD, the others are ST Soft, Pixbet, and Rede Loto. The last two have already started their operations as Accredited Sports Betting operators under Loterj.
