Victor Hugo Saraiva de Almeida, representing the institution, had the opportunity to learn about the organizational structure for the operation of Loteria Mineira lottery games, focusing on the concession regime established for public-private partnerships.
With an emphasis on sharing long-standing regulatory experience and solid knowledge about good administrative, commercial and marketing practices acquired over more than a century of uninterrupted operation, Loteria Mineira made essential information about the development of the business model to be adopted in the near future in the lottery gaming market in Piauí.
As Saraiva de Almeida explained, the competent exploitation of the public lottery service strategically fits into the great digital transformation initiative that the state government has been promoting recently, allowing the achievement of very relevant social advances for the citizens of Piauí.

Suggesting the formalization of technical cooperation between the institutions through the establishment of an agreement, the general director of the Minas Gerais State Lottery, Ronan Moreira, expressed his complete satisfaction in receiving his fellow server from Piauí, praising “the importance of the union of the states of federation, in the republican movement to promote, in a joint and sovereign manner, state lotteries with a focus on their primary reason for existing: promoting the sustainable evolution of citizenship and the social well-being of our populations.”
