Organized by Eduardo Fernandez, president of Lide-RS (Business Leadership) and the lawyer Leandro Pamplona, Porto Alegre will host the Mercosul iGaming Summit on November 28th, with approximately 300 industry professionals and business and political leaders expected to attend.

In addition, invitations are being extended to the President of the Brazilian Institute of Responsible Gaming, Andre Gelfi, and José Francisco Manssur, who is responsible at the Ministry of Finance for the ongoing efforts related to the regulation of sports betting.
The complete agenda is not yet finalized, but an initial panel will discuss the role of the constituted powers (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial), with the confirmed presence of State Representative Marcus Vinícius, who chaired a committee in the Legislative Assembly of Rio Grande do Sul that ultimately led to proposals to attract betting companies to the state.
Following that, associations will speak on behalf of betting houses and bettors, with the confirmed participation of Wesley Cardia, President of the National Association of Games and Lotteries (ANJL).
The third panel will address state lotteries, featuring speakers such as Jhonatas Mendes, President of the Games Committee of the OAB-MA and former President of the Lottery of Maranhão, Hazenclever Lopes Cançado, President of Loterj, and other players from municipal lotteries that are in the process of being implemented, with confirmation pending.

The organizers are preparing a discussion about the entire ecosystem of the sector, showcasing the industry's strength and the potential for new businesses in various related areas, such as advertising services, legal services, facilities, and more.
MiS will also feature participants from payment service providers to address topics like security, responsible gaming, and anti-money laundering practices.
