The Bahian Football Federation was invited by OAB/BA to be part of the debate table with the theme "Compliance and Integrity in sport. Main challenges of governance and transparency for Football Societies and online betting regulation."
The entity was represented by its accounting analyst Jorge Danilo and legal advisor Sérgio Couto. Also at the table were the presidents of Esporte Clube Vitória, Fábio Mota, and Sport Club do Recife, Yuri Romão.
“Compliance Across Americas” is the largest compliance event in the Americas and is now in its 8th edition. According to OAB/BA, the main objective is to "offer a space where companies, public authorities and various professionals interested in compliance can interact, learn and collaborate, providing an impact on the training and updating of professionals in the legal and compliance area and in building critical mass on current issues of great importance to society."
