GMB – What assessment do you make of the SBC Summit Latinoamérica?
Lenildo Nogueira – The Miami fair, in terms of space, is not that big compared to others that we have been following, but we found an excellent networking space here. The entire industry focusing on Latin America is here. Thinking about the Brazilian market, we met everyone at the event. So, we are very happy with the fair.
Weebet has been developing more and more new partners. We know of recent partnerships, for example with Viatrix. You are already partners with Pragmatic Play, Evolution and many other important providers in the market. Now, you have just signed a contract with ParlayBay. Talk a little about that.
ParlayBay is new, and we are even telling you about it firsthand. We will be platform pioneers with ParlayBay. So, it is a partnership that we are investing heavily in to revolutionize this market. It will be a very important partner. And we are always at these fairs, reinforcing our network, understanding how the industry is doing and what is the latest in technology to bring to our customers and the Brazilian market. We have news from other partners that we are integrating and will soon publish on GMB.
Is technology fundamental?
Definitely, always. And we always have to stay up to date so we don't fall behind. Weebet is aware of this.
Is the Weebet platform ready for regulation in Brazil? I mean, with at least what has already been signaled? Is everything ok so that traders can feel comfortable with the Weebet platform?
Yes, definitely. Weebet is up to date with everything that is coming. We still don't have all the definitions, but there are already some signs. And our client, the operator, can be sure that Weebet will adapt as quickly as possible to meet the legal requirements of the Brazilian market.
From a technology and business perspective, what are the plans for 2024?
Look, we're going to have some things that I can't talk about yet. But we are increasingly improving the platform, and we will present some at the next SBC or at next year's BiS SiGMA for the Brazilian market.
The platform is the heart of the business, so you can't think about a platform without thinking about the word update…
For sure. The platform is the base for the operator to work. It is the platform that connects with content, casinos, payment methods and the sportsbook. So the platform is the basis for everything. We cannot forget that affiliates are also very important, in addition to working hard to retain customers. We know that the market today is very competitive. So, one of the needs of operators is to work on retaining their customers. So, the platform has to be aware of all this to offer the best for the operator.
How has Latin American operators responded to a Brazilian platform?
I think we can bring the best technology we have from abroad, because we know that the market abroad, in technological terms, is more mature, has been for much longer. But for the Brazilian reality. We are receiving very positive acceptance from this audience. Weebet has been growing every quarter. So, I think this reinforces the work we are doing. The reception is very good from customers and operators.
So that operators trust a Brazilian platform that we know is one of the best in the region?
Yes, definitely. Today we already have approximately 350 operators. So, I think this already shows the confidence that the market has in Weebet.
