Romanowski will share Lottopar's experience and its relationship with the consortium formed by Skilrock Technologies and PayBrokers. This presentation will address crucial points, such as its current state, plans for the future, identification of challenges, their resolution and the benefits it provides.
Additionally, Sujit Lahiry and Edson Lenzi will share their perspectives on the project's success and their respective companies' role in it.

The consortium formed by Skilrock Technologies and PayBrokers won the electronic tender to provide the lottery platform for future Lottopar operators, integrating with a payment system to manage, regulate and control the financial flow.
The project promises great prospects for the near future. Additionally, both Skilrock and PayBrokers are participating in the Congress’ Trade Show as exhibitors, showcasing an impressive array of innovative solutions at booths 4 and 5 respectively.
Skilrock will demonstrate Paper Lottery Solutions (Paper Lottery Management, POS, iLottery), Scratch and Win, LRS, Scan-n-Play, etc.
As Brazilian representatives of the sector, Francisco Petrônio De Oliveira Rolim (Superintendent of the Lottery of the State of Paraíba - Lotep) and Marialvo Laureano (Secretary of State of Finance of Paraíba) also participate in this important event.
The XVIII Congress of the Ibero-American State Lotteries and Betting Corporation (Cibelae) takes place until March 22nd at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon. Under the motto "Responsible players make good bets", the event includes the Cibelae Annual Assembly, where the members of the new Board of Directors will be elected, and two days of seminars and fairs.
The academic part is focused on the benefits associated with Official Gaming, presented cross-sectionally from different perspectives, mainly considering the views of the various technical committees: Responsible Gaming/Social Responsibility, Prevention of Asset Laundering, Legal Affairs, Product Marketing and Security, mainly.
