Paag and SGA announce partnership to expand operations in Brazilian betting market

Paag, a provider of payment solutions for the gaming and betting sector, and SGA, the largest management platform for sports betting and casino operators in Brazil’s Northeast, announced a partnership for integration between the platforms.

With the agreement, SGA will now offer a complete solution for the betting and iGaming technological infrastructure chain, including payment, risk management, compliance and marketing.

The integration also represents an expansion of Paag's operations with bookmakers more focused on regional and niche markets. The company already operates with a network of clients in Latin America.

“We are very happy with this partnership. SGA is a company already consolidated in the national industry, with significant presence in the Brazilian market, and an excellent reputation in the sector. Adding our skills, we have solid foundations for even greater growth next year,” says João Gabriel Fraga, CEO of Paag.

SGA operates with more than 80 clients throughout Brazil, with a sportbook and iGaming platform, including solutions for back office, front end, affiliates and CRM. The company is certified by GLI, a global certifier specializing in independent testing that operates with standards established by gaming jurisdictions around the world.

“The partnership with Paag is an important step towards expanding our service offering. Paag payment solutions are recognized for their security, efficiency and competitive rates. With this partnership, we will be able to offer our customers a complete and high-quality solution,” says Bruno Baima, financial director at SGA.

For João Gabriel, the expectation is that the partnership will begin to impact the results of both companies in 2023. “The Brazilian betting market is experiencing strong growth and we expect that the partnership will contribute to the development of new technologies in this dynamic and competitive sector,” concluded the CEO of Paag.
