Esportes da Sorte will donate sports items during inclusive race in Recife

The first “Corrida dos Morros” (Hill Race) will be broadcast on TV Globo and will feature donations of sneakers, shirts and food for the community. The materials will be provided by Esportes da Sorte through CUFA (Central Única das Favelas). Sponsor of the event, the betting platform will also be present on the runners' uniforms.

Starting next Saturday (25), the first “Corrida dos Morros” will be held in Recife (PE). The event will promote charitable actions such as donating sneakers and shirts for exercising, as well as donating food by participants, free and exclusive testing for autistic children and free registration fees for the community.

The materials will be provided by Esportes da Sorte through CUFA (Central Única das Favelas). Sponsor of the event, the betting platform will also be present on the runners' uniforms.

“It is a source of great honor to be able to contribute to actions that can promote the collective good. As we often say, we understand that we are much more than just a betting operatort, and we are very honored to also be able to fulfill a social role. The event will be a milestone for the communities of Morro da Conceição,” says Ícaro Quinteiro, COO of Grupo Esportes da Sorte.

The race will be the first held in the Northeast to be broadcast by TV Globo and will also feature walking. In total, the route options available to participants are 1.6 km, 3 km and 5 km. There will be an exclusive exit for people with ASD and PcD, minutes before the main start. The expectation is to receive around one thousand runners.
