The bidding process will encompass the exploration of electronic games through physical in-person (land-based) and digital/virtual (cyber space) means, in accordance with the lottery modalities for prediction games provided for in federal and state legislation.
The concession of services also involves the activities of preparing strategic planning, creating lottery games, implementing and operating lottery products, marketing, creating and operating a network of points of sale, marketing games, developing and implementing websites, platforms of virtual games and prize payments.
This stage was preceded by Public Consultation No. 001/2023, held on October 10, 2023, in which suggested contributions were evaluated and incorporated for the preparation and improvement of the preliminary business project.
The ceremony was led by the authority's director of operations, Antônio Celso Alves Pereira Filho, with the participation of several representatives and authorities, including the general director of LEMG, Ronan Moreira, the State attorney, Robstaine do Nascimento Costa, and all the event organizing committee.
With the customary greeting and in compliance with its institutional duty to always act with total honesty and transparency, ensuring that everyone is aware of the actions and deeds carried out in the autarchy, in full accordance with the principles of legality, transparency, and publicity, the Loteria do Estado de Minas Gerais (LEMG) has made available on its website the Minutes of Public Hearing Nº 001/2023, as well as the attendance list.
Participants and interested parties will have until December 6, 2023 to send their manifestations, contributions and/or suggestions to the municipality. Any clarifications must be requested via the email address: [email protected].
