GMB - What does it mean for PayBrokers to be at another event like this?
Edson Lenzi -
Thank you for being with us again at this event. It's always good to participate in this kind of event. SBC Miami is also important, and we've invested a lot in participating in these events to get closer to our customers, suppliers, and the entire ecosystem surrounding us. So, this participation is very important for us, as it helps consolidate our brand and improve our position in the Brazilian market.

How are you positioning yourselves in the Brazilian market in relation to the regulation of sports betting? We know they will require authorizations from the Central Bank. How are you preparing for this new moment?
We are 100% confidence. Within our group, we already have a payment institution with direct access to the Central Bank's system, alongside PIX. So, when regulation actually happens, it will be very welcome, bringing more clarity and security to all market participants, especially for bettors.

In addition to sports betting at the federal level, there are also state operations. How are you doing with other lotteries at this moment? We know about your partnership with Lottopar, but there are other lotteries forming and launching new products.
Certainly, for any lottery with an interest or any form of regulation related to payment methods, we are interested. There are rumors that other states are also going to start launching their tenders and more. The exact model that each state will adopt is not yet known, but we already have the infrastructure, especially in the case of Paraná, we have all the structure ready to serve the states in the best possible way, providing assurance both to the State Lottery and to the operators themselves, who will have much greater clarity about the entire process.

Is this about to happen, right?
Yes, we are in direct conversation with them. The expectation is that the first operator will start working in the state of Paraná next week.

And have you already fully tested and integrated your platform with these players?
Yes, it's already 100% up and running. I believe that the first process will begin on Monday.

What are the prospects for 2024? What are PayBrokers' plans for 2024?
We have been looking into other service verticals beyond gaming and gambling. So, in 2024, we want to focus on these other markets to maintain the growth we have observed in recent years. As for gaming and gambling, we are prepared for the regulated market. We have advantages compared to various competitors and operators, especially when it comes to the regulated market in Brazil.

Are there plans for expansion into other Latin American countries?
We have expansion plans for various countries in Latin America, and not just in Latin America. There are also plans for other continents. But the Brazilian market, in this pre-regulation phase, has required a lot of our energy to adapt and develop. As good Brazilians, we prefer to first look at Brazil, serve the Brazilian market well. When we are in a more stable situation, then we intend to launch in other countries.
