“Grupo Vibra focuses on localization in each market where it operates and Brazil is the main one”

In a colorful stand during SBC Latinoamérica, Federico Saini, commercial director of Grupo Vibra, received GMB for an exclusive interview. He talked about Vibra Games, a game developer, and Vibra Solutions, a platform company. “We have grown a lot in LatAm, operating locally in each market and Brazil stands out.” The Group is already making plans for 2024 and 2025 and intends to expand its operations in Europe and conquer Asia.

GMB – I would like you to evaluate this year and your presence at SBC, one of the most important fairs in Latin America.
Federico Saini –
Thank you very much for being here. We haven't finished the year yet, as in a few days we will be at SiGMA Malta, but we are very excited about what will happen there too. We are closing a year very happy with everything we have already achieved and with everything we have to do in 2024 too.

In addition to Vibra Games, with its incredible game titles, Vibra Solutions is growing increasingly throughout Latin America. Could you talk a little about this boom in the Vibra group?
As you know, we officially launched Vibra Solutions at ICE this year and we can say that since then we have had incredible growth, especially with a strong presence in Brazil. We are growing a lot in different markets that are interesting to us, getting to know the different cultures of Latin America, each country being unique with different things and needs. So, today our focus is on Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and little by little, Ecuador. We are very happy with that.

Do you offer well-localized solutions for each of these markets you mentioned?
Vibra Solutions is dedicated to organizing the platform in a way that serves each of these markets. What we say is that we have a custom made and different solution for each of the operations, because they have different needs. We try to offer what they need and work together as a team. Today this is the most important thing, because Vibra Solutions is growing a lot, trying to focus on different markets, but adapting, on our side, to the operators.
 


Is it a differentiator for the company to do it this way?
It's a difference, without a doubt, because it's a lot more work. We have a very solid team growing too and we try to meet all the needs that the client will need. Today, the market is growing much faster than we were used to a few years ago. So, we have to be at the forefront, try to understand the tools that appear on the market and try to offer the best product possible.

And what are the plans for 2024?
As I mentioned, we are focusing much more on growth in Latin America in different countries. And in fact, we are growing a lot as a brand and, therefore, the team is being expanded day by day. The plans involve consolidating ourselves with our platform in some markets and continuing to grow and discover others.

We also have Vibra Gaming, with which we are also focusing on Europe for the next year, with different operations in different markets where we are regulating and certifying our content. So, we have a lot of ideas and plans for 2024 and 2025.

Are you thinking far ahead, including updating the platform and other developments?
That's right, constant updating of the platform and with new and different games being launched, including in new categories, adapting us a little more in different markets, such as Europe, which I already mentioned, and, later, possibly in Asia.
