My activities
Betsul's "My Activities" feature provides users with a comprehensive visual dashboard including statistics, recent betting times and a graphical representation of account history, with viewing options for 7 days, 30 days or 12 months.
This feature allows players to effectively monitor their activity on the platform, including key metrics such as wins and losses, net deposits, deposit limits, and amounts wagered during specific periods. This way, users can more clearly identify the evolution of their actions and whether this could represent a lack of control.
Deposit Limits
In order to help with betting expenses, Betsul has a “Deposit Limit” functionality. The customer can adjust the balance at any time, increasing or decreasing the balance according to the amount of money available to place bets on the site, in a conscious manner.
Before making any change to the account balance, it is necessary to consider that every change to increase the limits has a deadline. Therefore, you must wait a minimum period of 24 hours for a new request. Changes to reduce limits are applied at the same time as the request.
Pause Period
The pause functionality is the tool that allows the customer to take a break from their activities. The break can be 24 hours, 1 month, 6 months and 1 year. After the period, the Betsul account is reactivated again.
During the pause, it is not possible to access the account, all previously carried out transactions such as bets, deposits and withdrawals remain active, but the information can only be viewed after the end of the selected period. It is necessary to highlight that this process is irreversible and once a pause is requested, the request cannot be cancelled.

During the pause process, in compliance with the player's request, Betsul deletes the player's data from its base, i.e., it will not be possible to receive promotional content from the marketing team, in addition to emails, SMS, pushes and any other communications.
Account Closure
Account closure occurs by deleting all user data within the Betsul website database, including: deposit history, bets, balance and due rewards. Closing the account is a permanent option and the account cannot be reactivated after confirmation.
Furthermore, all information and documents sent while using the account will also be deleted. It is recommended, however, to check the balance, bets that are in progress, in the ‘My Bets’ field, and the withdrawal request, as all this information will be lost after closing the account.
