Organization
Any event starts with planning and organization. We can safely say that the organizers dedicated their heart and soul to this event. But let's talk about everything in order.
We decided to hold the event at Casa Altior. At first sight, we fell in love with this place so strongly. Yes, there are many cool places in São Paulo, but we think we found a diamond. We managed to accommodate a cool photo area, a large stage for our speakers and artists, a bar, a buffet, a dance floor that, by the way, was commanded by our DJ that night.
Amanda, the events manager at 1win Affiliates, said: "We understood that, with the first event, the CPA team had to make a strong statement about itself, and we did everything that was possible and even what was impossible to make the launch the brightest. The event venue justified itself 100%! Most importantly, we managed to accommodate all the event guests and give them space to relax, make contacts, or have fun. Of course, we started the drink production in advance to give our guests small surprises. As always, 1win pays a lot of attention to the decoration of the space; we had a great venue, which we complemented with our brand and identity, which the design team created especially for Launch Time CPA."
We would like to highlight the musical attraction of the night. The band "Os Quebradeiras" needs no introduction. The show was the best possible and brought an overall atmosphere of relaxation to the event. And then there was a lot of dancing, but what happened at the party will stay there.
Speakers
The main heroes of the night - affiliate managers from the new local CPA team - made real and interesting reports, whose main goal was to talk about the advantages of cooperation with 1win and working in the iGaming sphere.
The leader of the 1win Affiliates CPA team, Aline, introduced the guests to her new team, which she has been recruiting and training for three months, and which seems to be a DREAM TEAM!:
"The main idea of the event is to introduce the new CPA managers who will work with our partners in São Paulo. Also, we believe that it is important to share a bit of our work with partners, market statistics, and mainly tips on how to promote and profit more and more with 1win. I only received positive feedback from partners; everyone had fun and learned a lot. Our main goal was achieved, which was to unite an informative event, with a lot of networking, and also fun."
After Aline, members of her team took the stage: José, Guilherme, Alan, and Murilo. They presented successful cases in iGaming, talked about creating advertising campaigns, working with the target audience, and identifying quality traffic.
Murillo, CPA affiliate manager: "We wanted to show how heated the iGaming market is in Brazil. Give tips and show our target audience how to get active and engaged players on our platform."
José, CPA affiliate manager: “We lectured on various subjects, market best practices, team rules, marketing, and the evolution of the market in Brazil. It was an event to share knowledge and do a lot of networking, which made it functional to generate results in the future."

During Launch Time CPA, we were active on our social media, and we even managed to break our own record. Our Marketing Department was not prepared for such success: "We had many people signing up for Instagram and Telegram overnight; it was unexpected and pleasant because we were analyzing every second of the event, and, of course, we were happy to see this return and interest from subscribers. The Stories gained a record number of views in minutes; we are thrilled with your attention and very grateful," shares Arina, brand manager at 1win Affiliates.
But of course, we weren't expecting such a vibrant response; seeing the eyes and enthusiasm of our guests, Maria, brand manager at 1win Affiliates, had time to interact with all the guests and share her impressions with us: "One of the main goals was to establish personal connections with partners. We wanted the event to create a unique atmosphere for close communication and to strengthen interaction. In my opinion, we succeeded, and the event was a success. And this is confirmed by the feedback received from the guests. Overall, I can rate the event 9.5 out of 10. Why not 10? Because there is always room for growth!"
