Therefore, it is very important to prepare the terms and conditions of a promotion very carefully.
     
  2. Creativity: Find creative ways to repay your customer's loyalty, whether through more personalized promotions or offering unusual and unexpected prizes.
     
  3. Accessibility: It is important that loyalty programs reward all customers in some way. A reasonable entry requirement for a loyalty program makes customers feel valued rather than exploited, wouldn't you agree?
     
  4. Choosing requirements: The amount you need to bet to join a program or to earn a point is also very important. Some bookmakers have extremely high requirements for players to earn points and, in some cases, offer very little in return.
