To strengthen the professional and labor development of the community in general, the Casino & Resort held the Technical School of Gastronomy that brought together members of the Uruguayan Down Association and resort collaborators who wanted to continue training and professionalize themselves in the area of gastronomy.
Through this instance, the young people of the association acquired skills for their professional and labor development from the hands of Enjoy collaborators, who voluntarily applied to officiate as reference tutors and accompany each one of the boys on their learning path.
As a result, during the last summer season the resort had among its collaborators several young people from the Uruguayan Down Association, who performed various tasks in the facilities.
In this way, Enjoy Punta del Este renews its commitment to inclusion at all levels and promotes new practices that recognize the importance of improving the quality of life of all people.
