As part of International Women's Day, the Women Leaders in Latin American Lotteries (WILL LatAm) initiative announced the opening of registrations for the “Women leaders in the gaming industry” webinar to be held next March 15. Among other executives, the first panel will have the participation of Karen Sierra-Hughes, Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean at GLI.

The event will seek to highlight the importance of women in the games industry and the barriers they still face in achieving gender equality in leadership positions.

WILL LatAm is an initiative that seeks to develop and expand women leaders in the gaming and lottery industry through mentoring adapted to the sociocultural context of each one, to achieve greater efficiency, quality and human development in the sector, in addition to fostering more opportunities for women and build tools aimed at achieving an egalitarian and equitable world.

A vital leadership

In this sense, WILL LatAm presents itself as a valuable initiative that seeks to promote female leadership in the region.
