Milestone for the payment platform

Pay4Fun announced new partnership with powerful eSports organization FURIA

In a press release, FURIA announced its new partnership with Pay4Fun, a brand focused on virtual transactions that became a sponsor of the team's CS:GO line-up. The company also assisted in the development of a space for arcade tournaments at Casa FURIA in Rio de Janeiro.

The electronic sports organization announced, once again, the Casa FURIA event in Rio de Janeiro in partnership with the brands RedBull, Betnacional, AOC and PokerStars Brasil.

The attraction is scheduled to take place next April 21-23, in sync with the final three days of the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive IEM Rio 2023, and will be attended by members of the CS:GO community, organization influencers and more.

Announcing details of the event, the eSports organization introduced Brazilian payment platform Pay4Fun as a new partner throughout the year. Specifically, for this tournament, as a sponsor of Casa FURIA, the online payment company will appear on the team's shirts, in addition to developing different activations both in the online and in-person sectors.

The agreement represents a great milestone for Pay4Fun, since as an international partner platform of several companies in the digital gaming and sports industry, it is the first time that it focuses on the eSports sector, especially in its country of origin.

Described as a "sociocultural movement", the event will address both the universes of CS:GO and VALORANT in conjunction with Brazilian culture. Projects such as Pagode da Paz, Banda Afroreggae and other musical collectives - in addition to artists such as Deekapz - will be present at the FURIA house.

"We want to celebrate the richness of Brazilian culture and offer an unforgettable experience for all visitors. I believe this will be the perfect way to mark the last CS:GO championship in Brazil, because Casa FURIA Recria is about bringing those nostalgic elements that influenced the very construction of the gaming and eSports community here in the country, such as Internet cafes and arcades, applying technology and art to generate a new interpretation," said Cynthia Oliveira, Communication specialist at FURIA.

"Entering Casa FURIA will certainly thrill everyone who has been consuming Counter-Strike since 1.6, in a perfect farewell to this CS:GO era," adds Oliveira.

Each of the three days will be themed differently, with attractions ranging from poker tournaments to samba and rap moments. According to the organization, all the concepts of the event travel through "Rio de Janeiro, FURIA and CS, on a journey that reinvents nostalgic cultural elements."

Casa FURIA will only be open to "guests who are part of the community around FURIA including fans, journalists, influencers, partners and friends of the organization."
