“BetConstruct has excellent crypto solutions, now we are also innovating in the metaverse”

BetConstruct attended SAGSE Latam 2023 in Buenos Aires, where its sales director Gina Macheri Figuerola spoke with GMB about the firm's operations in the region. “We serve our customers around the world with more than 16 offices and in the region our bases give all the support in the local language and time seeking to understand the needs of the partners. In addition to crypto solutions, we are also entering the metaverse with force and always innovating,” she said.


GMB – How is BetConstruct's business going in Latin America?

They are doing very well, thanks to the fact that we are always innovating and introducing new products and services for this market, including our Crypto Solutions. All this allows us to reach a new type of audience, which favors the company's growth in the region.

The crypto market is booming and you were pioneers in this area!
True. We have crypto coin wallets and even our own cryptocurrency and solutions for online businesses with this type of currency.

And how is the partnership with operators in the region going?
It's going very well. Latin America is a very warm and welcoming region, which allows us to have an excellent relationship with customers. Our connection with them goes back many years and is always very close.

You have end-to-end solutions in the iGaming space. Does this meet all the needs of users and partners?
Of course. We serve from the provision of a platform, turn-key solutions, white label, we develop crypto solutions, affiliates, CRM, marketing, digital marketing and everything else that the customer needs. And now we are entering the world of the metaverse. In other words, we continue to innovate and grow.

And what's new in that sense?
The metaverse is a virtual reality that allows you to have a space where you can market special products, have your own machine room and present various services, interacting with people all over the world. That is, this new offer has no limits to what can be done.

A very important topic is the location. Does BetConstruct have all this very well planned in its offer to partners?
Yes. We pay special attention to customers in Latin America from Peru, where I work, as well as from Uruguay. Our LatAm base is in Los Angeles, but globally we have over 16 regional offices in addition to our headquarters in Armenia. We are where our customers need us in local languages and times, with professionals from the same culture and language.

Is the BetConstruct game aggregator prepared for this regional service?
Clear. We work with aggregators. We have more than 170 game providers, including aggregators, and with all of that we serve our partners very well. We are available to customers for any query from our dear partners.
