GMB – Pragmatic Play has been growing a lot in the Latin American market. What accounts for such success?
Victor Arias – It is the result of having an excellent product, a lot of innovation, focus on the user experience, technology and the localization strategy, delivering a personalized service from Latin Americans talking to Latinos. It's also super important to have a great team, spread across eight countries in the region. So, we are very happy with the results.
Location is important for both players' tastes and operators' needs!
Correct. It's part of the formula we've applied since the beginning of the Pragmatic Play project for Latin America. The location, from Mexico to Brazil, was and continues to be important to us. For us, it is important to deliver a personalized service.
We want Latin Americans talking to Latinos and more than that, we want a Peruvian talking to Peru, Colombia talking to Colombians, and Brazilians talking to Brazil. In Latin America this is very important. It continues to be part of our strategy to have an excellent product and technology, in addition to offering the best entertainment to users. This obliges us to pay special attention to the issue of specialized and localized care.
Was the presence at SAGSE Latam successful and with good contacts?
Totally. As in all the events we have participated in this year, expectations are being exceeded.
What are your expectations regarding BiS SiGMA Americas, which will take place in Brazil in June?
We will also be present. It is part of our commitment across the continent and the expectations are the best possible. I hope to see all our partners in Brazil at the event, and we take the opportunity to invite them to visit our stand.
