Since April 25th, a public consultation has been open so that the population can evaluate and present contributions on the project that foresees the installation of the state lottery in the 139 municipalities of Tocantins.
It will be held for 30 days, but next Tuesday (9th) the State government, through the Secretariat for Partnerships and Investments, will receive interested parties to discuss the bidding process that will grant the private sector the exploitation of lottery games in Tocantins.
The dialogue phase is one of the most important stages of the projects that make up the portfolio of the Partnerships and Investments Program (Tocantins-PPI), as it assists the government in improving the process necessary for carrying out the bidding process.
The generation of employment, income, social development and increased revenue are some of the benefits expected from the public-private partnership proposal that aims to promote the regulation, implementation, operation and maintenance of the State's lottery services.
At the end of the consultation and public hearing phase, the suggestions made by the population will be evaluated, responded to and adapted to the project. From there, the bidding stage will be held to define the company or consortium that will take over the Tocantins Lottery.
