The company entered Latin America more than seven years ago through Brazil. How do you see the growth of this market?
Our entry into Latin America was gradual and over the course of a decade. We have seen consistent growth in this market as more countries in the region have started to regulate the gambling industry. There was no sudden boom, but sustained growth over time.

What is the most sought-after service today by Brazilian customers or by foreigners who work here? Could you say which are the main brands that Clever works with in Brazil?
Currently, the most popular service is Media Buying, but this does not always mean that it is the most suitable for the customer. We have several clients that perform better with influencers, others with SEO. The important thing is to understand the moment of acquisition and exposure that the brand is going through and apply the best performance solution – many times it is even a multichannel solution.

We work with several brands in the Latin American market, including international partners such as Betsson, Bet365 and Kaisen, and local brands such as Inkabet, Codere and Pixbet. These strategic partnerships allow us to offer our clients a wide range of options and growth opportunities.

We are facing a step forward in the legalization of the Brazilian market. What do you think will happen when the final model is implemented?
We are all curious and closely following the evolution of Brazilian regulation, which has already been in development for some years.

When the final regulatory model is implemented, we believe there will be greater clarity and transparency in the market. This will provide a more stable and secure environment for businesses to operate, as well as ensure players are protected. We are looking forward to the complete legalization of the Brazilian market and we are ready to adapt and comply with any regulations that may be established.

How do you evaluate Clever's penetration and growth in other Latin American markets? Where is the company most consolidated and to what extent does this affect the fact that there are so many different regulations and regulatory processes at different times?
Clever Advertising has experienced significant growth in Latin American markets. We are present in several countries in the region, including Mexico, Peru and Argentina. Our goal is to expand our presence throughout Latin America as more countries regulate the gambling industry.

Each market has its own regulations and regulatory processes, which can create unique challenges.
