GMB – Total success at BiS SiGMA 2023 and this is especially due to the work of Alessandro Valente and Carlos Cardama, co-founders of an event that has become global. Valente, we want your final opinion on the results of this magnificent event.
Alessandro Valente – It is surprising to see the number of people who praised not only our work, but the amount of business they did here. Some even stated that they no longer see the need to take their companies abroad because now foreigners are coming to Brazil. So, for me it is very satisfying to see that so many people have been here doing business.
Transforming into a global event was fundamental to the success of BiS SiGMA 2023 where we saw the main world players present, do you agree, Carlos?
Carlos Cardama – It really was an international fair. We are surprised by the high qualification of the public that was present, with a show of affection and respect they came to thank us because it was a successful fair. We are very happy that we are the best fair in Latin America.
Now work has begun on BiS SiGMA 2024. Let everyone get ready for the new edition!
Alessandro Valente - We already have some news that we will present over the next few months, but again it will be a great event that will break records.
Is it a clear demonstration of how much Brazil is at the forefront and how much all the international players have their eyes on the Brazilian market?
Carlos Cardama - Completely we are the ball of the hour. And the repercussions are here, since the world's largest companies and those with the greatest technical and financial capacity are here.
A global presence is also due to the work done by SiGMA. I would like a message from you to this very important partner in an event that is now global.
Alessandro Valente - Due to the partnership – or merger – with SiGMA, we were able to bring to the stage and also to the conferences, big names from the international industry who still felt difficult or insecure about participating in events in Brazil or Latin America . They contributed a lot. They have enormous experience and Eman Pullis is a living legend in the market and have contributed a lot to have a bigger event. We had two pavilions reserved, but demand was so great that we had to hire a third. So around 30% to 40% growth is due to this merger.

Carlos Cardama – We look forward to seeing you next year with lots of new features, a practical fair and a lot of history to tell so people can attend. We are still adjusting the date, but next year we will be waiting for you all.
