GMB – I would like you to talk about the recent participation of Grupo Esportes da Sorte in BiS SiGMA Americas.
Marcela Campos – Our presence at the fair was very important. It's impressive how much it has grown significantly compared to last year. As a Group, it is essential to be positioned at the event, both as a brand and to be present among so many important players in the market.
Speaking as a group, tell us more about the news, such as Onabet and X1 Brazil. What is the proposition of the two new brands?
It is truth, we are launching two new companies in the Group. Onabet is a sportsbook that is very easy to navigate and the public is really enjoying it. In addition, we present X1 Brazil, an incredible project that involves a 1 x 1 challenge, one player against the other. It is an interesting proposal and one that was appealed to by our public, which loved it and has brought a lot of confidence to the Group.
As financial director of Grupo Esportes da Sorte, there is a great concern with compliance, especially in the area of financial transactions. How have you been dealing with this in the Group?
We have a complete compliance sector and we handle, via LGPD, all data from our customers and users very efficiently. We take care of financial transactions with a team prepared to adequately serve the staff.
And with all the care that the user who signed up is himself and that bank transfers take place properly?
We have this credibility and confirm all data through our platform and through the dedication of our team that takes care of this area.
You have partners in the area of payment methods. How did you manage this and how do you offer this tool within the platforms?
We have three partners in payment methods and they also deal with compliance, having worked together with us to engage with the public and everyone within the LGPD and everything we can deliver.
The regulation of sports betting is about to happen. What are Grupo Esportes da Sorte's plans when that happens?
We are waiting for the ideal moment and for this to happen. Regulation is very important for our segment and will only make the activity grow, contributing to the evolution of the country and the sports betting sector. We are already prepared for this and from the moment this happens, we will take the next steps.
You have great visibility throughout Brazil due to the large and important marketing actions in TV campaigns and brands where Esportes da Sorte can publicize its image. Is this strategy going well?
Yes. And now we have a giant Esportes da Sorte campaign, which has been much commented on by our customers and partners. We are increasingly focused on this and delivering more campaigns and entertainment to our audience.
