GMB – How do you rate this change in concept, making BiS a global event?
Peter Nolte – You are absolutely right about the internationalization of the event. We are very surprised and talking with many partners about last year's and this year's. Everyone is impressed with the event. It is time for Brazil to move forward with regulation. Everyone believes in the country and the regulations, so we're moving forward.
And the world also believes in Salsa, as we saw the stand always full during the event. Is this the reality of Salsa?
We have been in this market for 20 years developing solutions for the gaming industry. We were born in Brazil to develop platforms and moved to Europe, where we have our licenses and many clients. Now, our focus is on Brazil, where we want to be the best technology provider for the gaming industry in the country.
You have Salsa Gator, one of the best known game aggregators in the global market. How did you arrive at this industry respect?
We have three important products. The platform, which is essential. It was developed and adapted for Brazil, with features and tools that no other has. I can say with certainty that we have the best platform in the world for Brazil. In addition, we have Gator, an aggregator with more than 70 suppliers integrated into it. It is very simple and easy to integrate with any operator to receive all the content. There are more than 5000 games.
In recent years we have become the largest content aggregator in Latin America. We are doing very well with our content delivery to Brazil, as well as Argentina, Chile and Mexico, among other Latin American countries.
Not to mention the Salsa Studio where you develop your own games, right?
Yes. And there is something curious. We started developing games ten years ago and they are still top games today. We develop Brazilian themed video bingos and slots and user experience for Brazil. This year, we will make a big investment in new content and games specifically for Brazil.
In other words, is it an invitation to everyone who wants to enter the Brazilian market?
Yes, let them come. And one important thing. We are very focused on regulation in Brazil and specifically for the regulated market. Our technology already has all the required certifications, such as the GLI-33 and others that will come in accordance with any type of regulation.
We guarantee our customers that we will deliver any part of the certification they need. We are very focused on certifications and ensuring that our platform meets everything required by the regulatory requirements to come.
