‘Reclame Aqui’ is one of the main Brazilian platforms for consumer protection and annually holds the ‘Reclame Aqui Award’, which analyzes, with the participation of consumers, the service reputation of companies that operate in the Brazilian market.
The award aims to highlight Brazilian companies with the best reputations and most efficient customer service operations. The agency itself points out that “more than a trophy, companies compete for recognition and consumer trust.”
And this year, the one shining in one of the categories is Betmotion, one of the main gaming and sports betting sites with genuinely Brazilian DNA.
The company was one of the nominees for the ‘Reclame Aqui Award’ in the “Draws, Lotteries and Betting” category, which immediately places it among the best companies evaluated by consumers themselves.

Voting for the ‘Reclame Aqui Award’, which is now in its 13th year, will run until October 30th and the awards event will take place on December 12th. The nominated companies will be submitted to the popular voting phase on the official website.
