During the seminar "Anti-Money Laundering and Security: Challenges and Solutions", jointly organized by the Ibero-American Corporation of State Lotteries and Games of Chance (Cibelae), the World Association of Lotteries (WLA) and the National Lottery of Mexico (Lotenal), in addition to important global players in the sector, Loterias CAIXA was represented by none other than its Vice President Agent Operator, Lucíola Aor Vasconcelos.
In addition to participating in debates on the central theme of the meeting, Lucíola was invited to be part of the Women in Lottery Leadership (WILL) group of female leaders, and shared with Cibelae members the current movement to value and encourage female leadership at CAIXA , as the bank has more than half of its top management occupied by women.
“It is with great satisfaction that I receive the invitation at a time when CAIXA has been supporting and working to train more female leaders. It is also a way of sharing practices aimed at gender balance in leadership positions adopted by CAIXA with other countries,” she said.
Vasconcelos was born in Brasília/DF and has been a CAIXA provider since 1999, starting her career as an intern and service provider and becoming a CAIXA employee as of 2001, where she held several positions in the institution, acting especially in the Service Network, Risks area and in the Operating Agent area.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universidade de Brasília – UnB, an MBA in Project Management from EAD and a master’s degree in Accounting from Universidade de Brasília – UnB.
On May 26th, 2023, she took office as Vice President of Caixa Econômica Federal.
