If there is no payment of taxes or income destined for social assistance, as well as non-payment and/or delivery of prizes, after being notified, the executor must pay to the Municipal Social Assistance Fund, as a fine, the equivalent of 20 (twenty) times the defaulted amount, the concession being suspended until proof of its regularization and, in case of recurrence, the contracted company will have its delegation cancelled.
