“Aposta Ganha sees in brand ambassadors the business card to get closer to customers”

Grupo Aposta Ganha, which has just appointed Hugo Baungartner as vice president for global markets, participated in BiS SiGMA Americas for the first time. For the VP, debuting at an event that has become international “especially for me, as a Brazilian, is a huge joy”, he said to GMB. The company took its brand ambassadors to the fair and promises numerous marketing actions to further engage customers.

GMB – How do you feel attending SiGMA for the first time with Aposta Ganha, especially when dealing with a fair that has become global?
Hugo Baungartner
– As a Brazilian, it is a great joy and pleasure to be at a fair like this. I've been in the industry for over 20 years and to see an event of this size is fantastic. We are already used to participating in fairs in London and Asia, but in Brazil, it is the first time. The growth of the show is also a demonstration of the progress that the gaming and betting sector has achieved in the country. It is the first Aposta Ganha event and being part of this edition of BiS SiGMA Americas, now global, makes us extremely satisfied.

You brought several ambassadors, like Chulapa and other sports personalities. What's it like to have partners like this in Brazilian sports at an event like the BiS SiGMA?
It was very cool. We brought Aloisio Chulapa, Veloso and Marcelinho Carioca. We chatted and they attracted the crowd, with many people visiting to take pictures with our ambassadors. And even more impressive is the receptiveness they have with the public. This makes us sure that it is an excellent partnership and that they really wear the Aposta Ganha shirt.

Is there anything new about Aposta Ganha in terms of products or features on the site?
Aposta Ganha has evolved a lot in the last three years. We have our own technology, in-house development and every day we add new features and tools to improve our customers' experience. We have numerous news that we are finalizing that will soon be released and that will surprise our users and partners, as they will promote even more engagement.

And what about marketing, will there be news as well? How are the Aposta Ganha campaigns going to engage even more users to the site?
Our last action was with Dudu, who we brought in as a brand ambassador. We are already starting to work with him, and our marketing team is very competent at what they do. They are preparing numerous actions to strengthen the partnership and take advantage of this approach with one of Palmeiras' idols that joins the team.
