In a recent official visit to the State of Minas Gerais, the executive board of the Lottery of the State of Santa Catarina, recently reestablished by State Law, had the opportunity to learn about the organizational structure of the operation of the lottery games of the Loteria Mineira in Minas Gerais.
With an emphasis on sharing long regulatory experience and solid knowledge about good administrative, commercial and marketing practices, acquired over more than a century of uninterrupted operation, Loteria Mineira made essential information available for the evaluation of visitors to develop the business model to be adopted in the near future in the Santa Catarina market.
Observing the fact that LEMG is in the process of changing its structural link, leaving the Secretary of Finance to the Secretary of Economic Development, and aware of the importance of voluntary generation of additional non-tax resources provided by lottery bets, the auditor of the Secretary of the Santa Catarina Farm, Rafael Palmares, was able to prove the efficient budget allocation to the social programs of the Government of Minas, in direct benefit to the population.
In turn, the director of the Lottery of the State of Santa Catarina, Fernanda Carla de Oliveira, dedicated meticulous attention to becoming familiar with the auspicious vision of the future that frames Loteria Mineira's strategic planning.
“I am very honored to exchange experiences with a Lottery of tradition, such as LEMG, which has been operating for 100 years with lottery services, and will certainly contribute to the improvement of the model to be implemented in our State.”
The General Director of the Lottery of the State of Minas Gerais, Ronan Moreira, expressed his full satisfaction in receiving fellow servants from Santa Catarina, praising the relevance of the union of the States of the Federation in the republican movement to promote, in a joint, competent and sovereign way, state lotteries focusing on their primary reason for existing: to promote the sustainable evolution of citizenship and the social well-being of the population.
