Intralot do Brasil invests in staff training and development

Intralot do Brasil, operator of Loteria Mineira and one of the most important private companies in the lottery segment, is strengthening its human resources development policy. Attentive to the trends of the Brazilian lottery market, the company wants to be up to date from the point of view of its professionals to face the growth of activity in the country.

“At Intralot, we prioritize the recognition of work, meritocracy and humanized leadership, guided by results. Therefore, we invest in training and provide the necessary tools to implement these principles in our work environment,” highlights the company.

In June, the company started the Intralot do Brasil Leaders and Potentials Development Journey. In partnership with Consultoria MM Araújo, the company is committed to boosting the leadership mindset and improving organizational processes.

Headquartered in Brazil since 2008, in March 2010 Intralot took another step in its expansion path and consolidated its presence in Latin America by signing a contract with the Minas Gerais State Lottery.

Intralot do Brasil started its operation together with Loteria Mineira with the launch of its first game: Keno Minas. Then the partnership originated new games: Multiplix, Minas 5, Totolot, Totogol and Speed Race. All of them are available in more than 2,500 lottery terminals located in different points of sale in the State of Minas Gerais.

The operation of Intralot do Brasil also stands out as an important driving force in the state's economy. Responsible for approximately 4,000 jobs generated at its points of sale, present in 433 municipalities, last year it distributed more than R$ 18 million (US$ 3.7m) in commission to its accredited members.
