Campaign in Minas Gerais

Raspadinha® from Consórcio Mineira da Sorte Loterias takes to the streets in wrapped buses

Raspadinha®, a product that has been gaining more and more fans in Minas Gerais, has just hit the streets on buses throughout the state. The campaign to expand the publicity of the instant lottery already has 650 wrapped vehicles and the objective is to show society that the modality, widely explored in the 90s, is back even better, according to the marketing director of Consórcio Mineira da Sorte Lotteries (CMSL,) Felipe Abramides.

The new Raspadinha®, which marks a new moment for the lottery sector in Minas Gerais, already has over 1000 points of sale in the state and now, with the campaign designed by the Consórcio Mineira da Sorte Loterias in partnership with Itabus, specialized in out-of-home media, is to expand the reach of the product.

To this end, the campaign already has 650 wrapped buses, 250 of which are circulating through the streets of Belo Horizonte, while another 220 are in the metropolitan region, 80 in the Contagem region, 25 in Governador Valadares, 50 in Montes Claros and 25 in Ipatinga.

“We want to show that Raspadinha® is back even better, with more prizes and much more chances of winning,” says Felipe Abramides, marketing director at Consórcio Mineira da Sorte Loterias.

The initiative was in partnership with Itabus, a company specializing in out-of-home media, but the campaign does not stop there, according to Abramides. “We are already on radio, TV and street media in several regions of Minas Gerais. This way, everyone will see our brand present on the streets and draw our attention to place the new Raspadinha® in new points of sale,” concludes Felipe Abramides.

The new Raspadinha®, which hit the market in October last year, has a fun and vibrant look. The instant lottery games operated by CMSL are even more attractive due to the possibility of winning different amounts of prizes on the spot. The chances of winning are also greater. Statistically, 25% of printed tickets will win. In other words, the overall odds are 100,000 prizes out of 400,000 tickets.

Among the four ticket options available, the player can select according to their color preferences, themes, prizes and even the cost, as it is possible to buy Raspadinha® for R$2.00, R$5.00 or R$ $10.00. If awarded, the buyer can receive the amount instantly upon card validation. Prizes can reach up to R$250,000 (US$ 50,700) and the initial batch alone provides for a distribution of R$132 million (US$ 26.75m).
