InplayBet points out new job opportunities in sports betting sector with the regulation

The recent regulation of the sports betting market promises to boost the creation of numerous jobs in Brazil. These opportunities cover a variety of sectors, including teams in technology, entertainment, and marketing professionals, for example. This is the analysis of InplayBet regarding the direction the segment will take from this year onwards.

In IT, programmers for websites and the implementation of payment systems, as well as game and app developers, will be more than welcome in the market. In the marketing sector, "bets" are investing in qualified professionals for television and radio advertising, as well as sponsorships in various sports, as already seen in Brazil, where 19 out of 20 Serie A clubs are sponsored by betting companies.

It is estimated that, in the short and medium term, between 7 and 12 thousand new jobs should emerge due to the regulation. "The expectation is that we will have an attractive environment for market growth, resulting in the generation of thousands of qualified jobs in various areas. Hiring professionals in Brazil is really important for us; it is an investment in the segment and in the country," says Vinícius Chinedu Oliveira, the head of digital marketing at InplayBet.

In addition to providing a safer and more reliable environment for bettors, attracting more people to betting platforms, the training of specialized professionals will also boost the economy. Adapting to the Ministry of Finance's regulations, such as registration on Consumer.Gov and certifications from international laboratories, can create opportunities for new courses to train and educate individuals.

Additionally, according to the Government, 10% of the revenue from the taxation of companies and bettors through Law 14,790/23 will be allocated to areas such as education, health, tourism, public safety, and sports.

"All these projects will end up employing thousands of Brazilians in different areas, another point that contributes to the entire ecosystem involved in the regulation of the betting industry," says Oliveira.

In summary, the regulation of the sports betting market in Brazil not only promises to boost job creation but also opens doors for the development of specialized courses and the expansion of the digital gaming and entertainment industry in the country.

The betting company InplayBet, operating in this scenario, continues to invest in Brazil and is ready to comply with all the regulations.
