The galera.bet platform made a million-dollar investment to sponsor the São Paulo Carnival for four years. The sports betting site will have exposure at the Anhembi Sambadrome, an exclusive box, and at Fábrica do Samba, the Liga-SP event center.
“It’s a way of reaching another type of audience, also at a popular event that most Brazilians are interested in,” said Marcos Sabiá, CEO of galera.bet.
Another betting house, Esportes da Sorte, is present at the carnivals in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, on the Barra Ondina circuit at the Salvador Carnival, and Galo da Madrugada, in Recife, in addition to street blocks throughout the capital of São Paulo.
“We have already invested in Carnival events across Brazil for at least three years, and post-pandemic, we intensified,” said Darwin Henrique da Silva Filho, CEO of Grupo Esportes da Sorte.
The betting platform Reals, which has just closed the biggest master contract in the history of Coritiba, wants to establish a partnership with the Sapucaí carnival, in Rio. “It is part of our expansion project that goes beyond sport,” says Rafael Borges, Country Manager at Reals.
