“SOFTSWISS celebrated 15 years in tune with Brazil and the needs of local operators”

SOFTSWISS, one of the most important global companies in the iGaming sector, celebrated its 15 years of operation during the SBC Summit. In an exclusive conversation with GMB, Carla Dualib, Business Development Manager, highlighted the importance of the date and the excellent results achieved with its different product lines. Regarding plans for Brazil, she said: “By listening to our partners, we will always deliver the best solutions.”


GMB – SOFTSWISS celebrated its 15th anniversary during the SBC Summit in Lisbon. What does this milestone represent for the company?
Carla Dualib – It’s incredible and truly represents a major milestone for SOFTSWISS, which is the largest technology company in the iGaming sector. Our goal was to make a big impact at the event and throw a great party to welcome our global partners alongside our non-executive director Rubinho Barrichello and our CEO Ivan Montik, with our entire team in Lisbon to greet everyone.

On its 15th anniversary, the company is demonstrating significant growth in 2024. What is behind such performance?
Without a doubt, it’s due to the best technology we have to offer, which we have been providing to all our partners over these 15 years, always with innovation, new ideas, and strong partnerships. This is what we always aim to deliver to the market, especially in Brazil at this moment, with the upcoming regulation.

Our goal is to increase the number of clients, bringing many of our global partners into the Brazilian market, which will be regulated starting from January 1.
 


We already have more than 110 companies registered with the Ministry of Finance’s Prizes and Betting Secretariat, and, of course, SOFTSWISS clients. What are the prospects for the regulated market to start off on the right foot?
They are the best. Once again, I reiterate that with our technology, our participation in the Brazilian market becomes unbeatable. The regulation increasingly demands serious companies, with good technology, and full compliance with the industry, which is our role.

SOFTSWISS is precisely that—a company ready to serve the Brazilian market. Therefore, the prospects are to increase our results and market share in Brazil, just as we do in all the other countries where we operate.

Over these 15 years, you have learned from each market as it became regulated. Is that what is happening now in Brazil?
Not just learning, but also bringing all our expertise from other markets where we operate to the Brazilian market. We are certainly bringing all of that to Brazil.

How have SOFTSWISS's various products, such as the Casino Platform, Affilka, and Jackpot Aggregator, been performing?
Each of them has been growing significantly in Brazil. That’s why we have been developing technologies for our Casino Platform, the Game Aggregator, the Jackpot Aggregator, Affilka, and the Sportsbook Platform. We always have new features for each product and technological improvements so that we can increase the results for our partners in Brazil.
 


What are the plans for Brazil in 2025?
They are the best possible. Again, I reiterate that with our non-executive director Rubinho Barrichello, we are further developing our technology, with our technology team working together, hand in hand with him and with us.

And together with the operators, who point out their needs to serve the market?
Perfect. Excellent point. We always listen to our operators regarding their needs, and we make improvements with our team to continuously bring the best solutions.
