With the regulation of the sports betting and online gaming sector, civil society has taken a leading role in important discussions regarding the policies adopted for the sector. The Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) is one of the main supporters of the sector and has been discussing the current stage of the segment and how the healthy development of the activity should take place in its regional branches.
Thus, it is now the turn of the Commission on Gaming Law, Betting, and Responsible Gambling of OAB-SP, which will hold a full-day event on November 5th, in person, to debate the topic.
Several prominent lawyers from the sector, as well as professionals working in the industry, will focus on key topics that are on the list of fundamental aspects for the sustainable development of the sports betting and online gaming segment.
