Betsul announces Davi Brito as its ambassador in Brazil

Betsul, a reference in the online betting market in Brazil since 2019, has further strengthened its team of ambassadors with the announcement of Davi Brito, this Wednesday (2). Winner of the last edition of Big Brother Brasil (BBB), the influencer and businessman will produce materials for social media and participate in the company's advertising campaigns. In September, he was recognized as Best Reality Show Participant at the Prêmio Jovem Brasileiro.

It is an honor for me to be part of Betsul's team of ambassadors. I am excited to represent fun content in a responsible way. Together, we will show that betting can be a fun and conscious experience,” says Brito.

Born in Salvador, Bahia, Davi began his professional career as an app driver. However, it was his authenticity and charisma during Big Brother Brasil that propelled him to national recognition, guaranteeing not only his victory on the reality show, but also consolidating his popularity. His story of overcoming obstacles and determination personifies the values that Betsul seeks for its team of ambassadors.

This moment is very special, because we are bringing in a personality who has genuinely connected with Brazilians. The new regulations for the sports betting sector in the country further reinforce the importance of offering a safe and responsible environment for our customers. We are confident that we will engage an even larger audience, always promoting gambling with responsibility and transparency,” explains Fernando Garita, CEO of Betsul.

In addition to the influencer, the institution's team of ambassadors includes personalities from Brazilian music and sports, such as Carlinhos Brown, Ivan Moré and Marcos Assunção. The company also sponsors the program “Qualé, Moré?”, hosted by Ivan Moré on RedeTV!, consolidating its participation in the sports and entertainment market.

Betsul is in the process of being regulated

The company, which is among the first 30 companies to apply for a license for the Betting Management System (SIGAP), reaffirms its commitment to regulating the betting sector in Brazil. Since May, when the ordinance with rules for the regulation was published, institutions began to organize themselves to obtain authorization for the commercial practice of the fixed-odds lottery betting modality by private companies throughout the country. “We are fully capable of operating, always strictly complying with the legal requirements,” states Garita.

By January 1, 2025, all operators in the sector must comply with the guidelines presented. Among the measures are prior authorization from SIGAP; activity restricted to sites with the domain “.bet.br”; being headquartered in Brazil and being constituted as a limited liability company (LTDA) or a corporation (S/A); not being a legal entity that operates as a branch, subsidiary, agency or representation in Brazil of a legal entity headquartered abroad; and have a Brazilian partner holding at least 20% of the institution's share capital.

A reference in the betting market, Betsul was created in 2019, being the first betting house in Brazil to receive the RA1000 seal from Reclame Aqui. The company offers full support 24 hours a day to always guarantee the best experience for its players, in addition to maintaining initiatives that prioritize responsible gaming. By registering on the website, for those over 18 years of age, the player has access to a wide range of national and international sports and competitions, casinos, live casinos, e-sports and instant bets.
