“Pragmatic Play continues its expansion plan in LatAm with innovation, strategy and great products”

Pragmatic Play attended recent SBC Summit in Lisbon, with a presentation that impacted the attendees. Victor Arias, VP of LatAm Operations at ARRISE, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to localization, strategy and excellent products to continue growing in the region. He highlighted that he welcomed operators present in 75% of Latin American countries at the Summit.


GMB – What is the importance of Pragmatic Play's participation in the SBC Summit Lisbon?

– As always, as a brand, we are present at all the most important global events. On this occasion, we are here in Lisbon. The expectations were high, and the results have been spectacular so far.

 



It is noticeable that there are many Latin American operators present. How has their presence been at the Pragmatic Play booth, and how has the relationship been with everyone?
The expectation was high regarding our Latin American strategic partners visiting us at this event. I can tell you that we’ve had visits from at least 75% of all Latin American countries.

Pragmatic Play's presence in Latin America is increasingly significant. How did the company captivate clients in the region so well and so quickly?
Well, the formula is secret, but it’s obviously a combination of an excellent product, a great strategy, and our fundamental focus on localization.

Is localization key to winning over operators in LatAm?
The Latin American market is entirely different from others. Localization is vital, and that’s what we’ve brought. We've been in the Latin American market for almost five years now, always with the goal of bringing innovation and high-level technology locally. And the results, as you can see, are clear to everyone. We are always market leaders and player favorites.

 



What are Pragmatic Play's plans for Latin America as we close out this year and head into 2025, including with a newly regulated country?
Well, 2024 has been a year of growth, just like previous years. For 2025, we are aiming for the same goal: to keep growing. As I mentioned before, we continue to bring innovations and new developments. Of course, as in every year, there’s also expansion across Latin America. We are present throughout the region and will keep expanding. Basically, the plan remains the same.
