GMB - What new things did Bragg present at SBC Latinoamérica?
Matej Nemec – Bragg always has new things. The Latin American market is usually very important to us, but in the last year we have focused even more on it.
We are bringing several products to Latin American users, we have our own PAM platform, we have aggregation, we are one of the largest aggregators in this industry and we are also making our own games. We produce more than 150 games per year and we have more than 12 studios, two in-house, internally, and others exclusive third parties with us.
A new and super important thing for the Latin American and other markets is our platform called Fuze. Fuze is a next-generation gamification and engagement tool that works intuitively to improve the player experience. It is super important because it increases acquisition, conversion and retention, creating lifetime value and impactful KPIs for online casino, lottery and sports betting operators from a single platform.
How does Bragg see the current situation in the Latin American market and how do you plan to work in it?
Obviously, more and more markets are being regulated in Latin America. And for us, as a public company, we think it is very important to enter the entire regulated market. We are now preparing to enter Brazil and we have everything ready for the country. We are happy and the strategy has been present since day one in a regulated market with all of our products.
Brazil is currently experiencing its best moment. What are Bragg's plans there? We know there has been news about this...
Exactly, we are already opening our own offices in Brazil, in São Paulo. I was very happy to take this step, to be closer to our customers, why? We will be closer to them and also to the operators, which is very convenient.
We will be ready as of January 1st, we have certified games, we will be prepared for our aggregation and we hope to deliver our product to more and more customers, who will be the majority who will receive the license next year.
Was 2024 a positive year for Bragg?
Yes, yes. There have been many strategic changes within the company. We see that the level of the companies has changed a lot, but I think we have a lot of talent.
We have also changed our approach to the commercial area, so we are more focused on the regions and that is why we have incorporated more people who are dedicated to Latin America. We have Sara, who has been in other companies and is now with us and is the director for Latin America. Amanda, a Brazilian who will be in charge of the Brazilian operation and we are looking for more people to help us because we have many products and good opportunities that we have to make work.
What are the plans for Brazil, beyond the office in São Paulo?
Of course, if we want to be able to offer all our products, we will first enter with our own games and aggregation. We are more than ready to offer FUZE and, more importantly, our own platform.
As a platform, we have more than 30% of the market in the Netherlands, in a highly regulated market and it was made for super large operations because it has many tools that others do not have. We are seeing that there is a possibility of offering the platform to the Brazilian market as well.
