GMB – What were EveryMatrix's new developments at the Miami Fair?
Arturo Chaltelt – We have a lot to present and share with our friends, partners, and future clients. To begin with, we are here showcasing our latest games, as we launch about one game per month. Many other titles will be coming soon, thanks to the recent acquisition of Fantasma Games, which will strengthen our catalog even further.
Additionally, we are showcasing our 'bonus engine,' one of the most sophisticated casino bonus tools. Recently, we launched the 'loyalty engine,' a tool that will allow us to retain customers and reward them, creating very well-structured CRM programs.
We are also promoting other verticals that we believe are growing in Latin America, such as EveryMatrix's sportsbook, PartnerMatrix, and Deep Data Intelligence AI, a highly effective affiliate intelligence system. We’re sharing all of this with our partners, friends, and future clients in this exciting Latin American market.
With so many new developments, is EveryMatrix making an impact on the market? How is the company’s presence in Latin America?
It’s getting stronger every day. We are working to develop our presence in places like Brazil, which is undoubtedly the most interesting market in Latin America right now, considering the changes happening there. But we are also not ignoring Peru, which has seen significant advancements over the past year. We have many satisfied clients in Peru, and we hope to have even more partners in the country.
Within the Brazilian market, we are working closely with our associates to increase our presence there. EveryMatrix has a solution for virtually any casino at any stage of its development.
What are your expectations for Brazil? How will you operate in the market starting in January 2025?
It’s a complicated market, without a doubt. Regulation has taken time, but it’s happening now. We know that both Brazilian operators and players have very specific characteristics, and it’s essential to understand them well. Therefore, we want to get closer to this market, spend more time in Brazil, strengthen our partnerships, and grow by developing and reinforcing the alliances we already have.
Is EveryMatrix planning to have an office in Brazil?
I believe that soon we’ll have some form of representation in Brazil. I don’t want to make anything official yet, but I think it’s necessary to have some kind of local representation for such a large and important market. This could be through a team or even an office in the future. Of course, this will be decided by our directors, but it's likely we’ll have a more significant presence in the Brazilian market.
We will also participate in events like SBC Rio in 2025, which we know will be a very interesting fair, and we’ll be there as well.
How is EveryMatrix's certification process for the Brazilian market coming along?
We are working very hard with our compliance and legal teams to be ready from day one. It’s a complex process, as we know, but our goal is to be prepared from the start to enter the Brazilian market.
