Guide to regulation

With Paag support, new platform specialized in the iGaming sector Regula Bet is released

Already in a transition phase, the iGaming sector is experiencing the last weeks before the start of the regulated market in the country, starting in 2025. Amid the changes that will be mandatory for companies in the segment, the latest news is Regula Bet, a platform launched last Friday (1) that will function as a true manual on the regulation of the industry in Brazil. The project has the support of Paag, a leading company in payments for the sector.

Divided into content tracks (with seven sections established based on macro themes), the portal covers a variety of topics, from marketing, tax, operations, among many others. The main difference is the presence of a chat, powered by artificial intelligence, where website visitors can ask and receive answers on any topic related to the regulation of sports betting.

In addition, the platform also has its own podcast, called “Regula Talks.” Hosted by sports commentator Leandro Cabido, the program will be broadcast monthly, always featuring market experts. The conversations will revolve around specific industry topics, from the adaptation of operators in the segment to the new moment in the sector to marketing strategies.

The Regula Bet project is supported by Paag, a techfin specialist in payments for the iGaming sector and which has launched new products to help bets adapt to the new demands of the regulated market.

“The implementation of the gambling regulation process in Brazil will mark a series of changes in the industry, which will only bring together serious companies that respect the best market practices,” celebrates João Fraga, CEO of Paag.

“There are many new requirements and having a specialized portal dedicated to explaining everything about the regulation will be very beneficial for everyone involved. It is a great pleasure for Paag to support this incredible project.”
