GMB – What were the new features presented by Digitain at the SBC Summit Latinoamérica?
Juan Bravo – At Digitain, we are always innovating and bringing new ideas to the industry. At SBC Miami, we introduced an important topic for the sector: our own CRM. We have a native CRM, 100% Digitain, that brings together everything our clients and partners need to fully and strategically manage their marketing strategies, allowing them to explore in the best possible way.
We are also showcasing our proprietary affiliate system, which tracks the entire journey of our players, from the beginning to the final interaction. Additionally, we presented a robust and highly adapted retail system, specially tropicalized for the Latin American market.
In other words, is Digitain embracing the entire iGaming ecosystem to meet all the solutions required by partners?
For us, it is very important to provide our partners with everything they need so they don't have to rely on third parties. This is our plan: to deliver high-quality products that cover all the industry's needs.
How is Digitain's business in Latin America going?
Excellent, we are growing significantly, with major operators in every country. It has been a very positive year for Digitain in Latin America.
Could you name the main countries in the region for the company?
Today, our focus is undoubtedly on regulated markets. Peru has proven to be a very important market for us, and we are paying close attention to regulation in Brazil. We are also focused on Colombia and the Dominican Republic, with ambitious and solid projects in these markets.
What are Digitain's plans for Brazil, which will start its regulated market on January 1, 2025?
We have many plans for Brazil. We are undergoing the entire process of certification, review, and adaptation of our products for the Brazilian audience. With Galaxsys, for instance, we launched the most important game of the year, Ninja Crash, in the Brazilian market. We conducted a detailed study to adapt our products and deliver to Brazilian players what they want and need. This tropicalization and certification have been a priority for Digitain this year, aiming at the Brazilian market.
How has the product certification process been to comply with regulations in Brazil?
It is a long and ongoing process. Since discussions about regulation began, our compliance team has been working on certifying each product and vertical. This has been our approach from the start.
So, are there big plans for Brazil in the future?
We have operators in Brazil and several important partners. We want to continue offering all our technology and adapting our products to provide the best service and the best technology possible for such a relevant market as Brazil.
Does Digitain plan to have its own office in the country?
We will have our own office. We want to enter the market not from the outside but locally, with a local office and local team. Digitain’s project for Brazil is truly significant and will be a main focus for the company next year.
