During the SBC Digital Brasil panel, Rafael Rebelo reinforced the importance of disseminating concepts and practices to encourage responsible gaming with data and projecting trends for the market from 2025 onwards.
“In addition to regulatory obligations, we have the opportunity to create a truly healthy market, positioning gaming as entertainment. In this sense, data is essential. Using it to understand gaming as entertainment and, at the same time, potential player deviations can make all the difference in creating a structure to protect responsible gaming,” stated the H2bet Director.
“Interoperability between players will make all the difference in the future. My bet is that this will be the next trend in guidance and the market. As soon as the regulatory scenario stabilizes, we will move on to discussing data sharing between operations, prioritizing and enabling the creation of a complete structure to protect bettors,” added Rafael Rebelo.
H2bet has already been authorized by the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting of the Ministry of Finance (SPA-MF) to pay the concession fee, following the process of guiding the sports betting market in Brazil, to continue operating in 2025.
Even before the market regulation process, H2bet has already implemented internally, since its creation in 2022, a series of rules and flows, which include monitoring transactions, encouraging responsible gaming and best corporate governance practices.
H2bet is one of the largest sports betting platforms in Brazil, which offers a wide range of sports betting opportunities to its customers.
Having started operating in the poker segment over 16 years ago, the H2 Group has used its pioneering, professional and collaborative spirit to regulate gambling in Brazil and establish itself as the largest company in the country in these segments, with headquarters in São Paulo, Curitiba and Campinas.
In 2022, the H2 Group founded H2bet, a betting site with the aim of entertaining its audience and committed to responsible gambling.
