galera.bet is recognized with RA1000 certification for excellence in customer service

The sports betting platform galera.bet has been awarded the RA1000 seal by the consumer protection platform ‘Reclame AQUI’ in Brazil. The certification is the main form of evaluation and classification regarding the reputation of the company registered on the site. In addition, it recognizes the company's commitment to customer service. galera.bet achieved an average score of 9.2.

For a brand to be recognized with this type of certification, as in the case of the RA1000 seal, it must meet five requirements: The first step is to have a number of reviews equal to or greater than 50. After that, it is necessary to maintain a response rate equal to or greater than 90%; have a solution rate equal to or greater than 90%; have a proportion of new business equal to or greater than 70%; and maintain an average of consumer reviews equal to or greater than 7.

The attention that galera.bet has towards its customers is implicit in the data made available by the platform. In the last six months, 526 complaints were received, with more than 98% of the complaints being answered - of these, 93% were resolved. With an average rating of 9.2, around 90% of users responded that they would do business with the company again.

“The main objective of galera.bet is to offer the best experience for our users, bringing greater fun and security to those who use the platform. The RA1000 certification by Reclame AQUI reflects how we have strived and committed to the customer. We do our best to grow and develop based on the needs of our audience, thus creating a personalized service and a welcoming environment for them,” highlights Marcos Sabiá, CEO of galera.bet.

One of the most traditional companies in the betting market, galera.bet is the official sponsor of the Ferroviária-SP women's team, one of the most established clubs in the sport in Brazil.

The company also sponsors the Liga SP and the Canarinhos LGBTQ+ movement (a group of fans who belong to the community). Another highlight is the partnership that the institution has with some organized fan groups, such as Anatorg (National Association of Organized Fan Groups), and samba schools throughout Brazil.
